Use this page to cancel future renewals of a VODPilot subscription. Cancellation stops renewal billing; already-paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

Before you cancel
Cancellation and withdrawal are different rights. Cancellation stops future renewals; withdrawal concerns statutory consumer withdrawal rights after contract conclusion.
If you are the workspace owner, enter the account email address and workspace name. If you have it, the Paddle subscription ID can identify the contract more precisely.
All uploaded and generated VOD and workspace media files are permanently deleted shortly after the paid billing period ends. Download anything you need before the date shown in the confirmation step.
After the final cancellation button, VODPilot records the cancellation time and sends a confirmation email where email delivery is configured.
