14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new VODPilot subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. This voluntary guarantee does not ordinarily apply where the account or workspace was suspended, terminated, or restricted because of illegal content, prohibited content, fraud, abuse, security violations, payment misuse, or serious breach of the Terms of Service. That exclusion does not limit rights or refund reviews arising because VODPilot introduced a new material limitation after the subscription was purchased. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refund requests after a service or policy change
- If you subscribed before a new limitation was announced and that limitation means VODPilot no longer supports your existing content or intended use, contact support promptly. We will help you cancel and review any refund or reimbursement available for the affected prepaid subscription period.
- Consumers may have additional statutory termination and reimbursement rights when a change materially impairs access to or use of a digital service. Any applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
- You may contact support and request this review before deciding whether to accept updated Terms.
Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer and mandatory consumer law grants you a right of withdrawal, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Michael Ketzer, Rotkehlchenweg 51, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany, email
support@vodpilot.com, by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Early performance and loss of withdrawal rights
If VODPilot begins paid services before the end of the withdrawal period at your express request, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal. If, in the specific checkout flow, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right once the digital service has been fully performed, the statutory withdrawal right may expire to that extent.
Payment processing and refunds
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle and are subject to
Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Paddle acts as merchant of record for all transactions, which means refund requests may be evaluated and processed by Paddle in accordance with their buyer protection policies and applicable consumer rights.
How to request a refund
- Email support@vodpilot.com within 14 days of purchase.
- If a new limitation affects an existing subscription, email support@vodpilot.com and explain which content or intended use is affected.
- Or submit a request through Paddle’s Help Center.
- Please include the account email address used for the purchase.

Refund processing
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on Paddle and the payment provider involved.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel future renewals at any time through the
cancellation page or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation and withdrawal are different rights: cancellation stops future renewals, while withdrawal concerns the initial conclusion of the contract within the applicable statutory period. Unless a refund or withdrawal is accepted, cancellation stops future billing only and access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
