Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new VODPilot subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

If you are a consumer and mandatory consumer law grants you a right of withdrawal, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Michael Ketzer, Rotkehlchenweg 51, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany, email support@vodpilot.com, by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If VODPilot begins paid services before the end of the withdrawal period at your express request, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal. If, in the specific checkout flow, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right once the digital service has been fully performed, the statutory withdrawal right may expire to that extent.

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle and are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Paddle acts as merchant of record for all transactions, which means refund requests may be evaluated and processed by Paddle in accordance with their buyer protection policies and applicable consumer rights.

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on Paddle and the payment provider involved.

You can cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation and withdrawal are different rights: cancellation stops future renewals, while withdrawal concerns the initial conclusion of the contract within the applicable statutory period. Unless a refund or withdrawal is accepted, cancellation stops future billing only and access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
